Lenders ask for lots of information in dealing with loan applications. If you know what they are really after, this may help expedite an application.
 

Club member Rtn. PK Chan shared his experience with the Club in the meeting on November 13, 2007. The basic principle is to know the Borrower - what does he do, what is the purpose of the loan, what terms will be needed? Loan facilities are structured around the Borrower's requirements. Pricing is based on the perceived risk as mitigated by security provided and covenants implemented. No application is default proof, but a stronger lender borrower relationship would help lessen the default risks.

President - Elect Quentin Li returned Vancouver from China. He joined Alliance For Smiles Huangshi mission in China from Oct. 20 ~Nov. 3 . He will make a presentation of that mission in our meeting soon.

We will have our Annual Meetingon Dec. 18 for the election of club officers next year.
