July 17th Club Meeting

Actions are requested for the new Rotary Year.

CP Harrison Lin suggested future meetings to follow a strict agenda, and made a call for contribution to the Rotary Foundation as early as possible in the new year. The goal is USD100 per member.

VP Joanne Cheng echoed with more defined responsibilities for club members. President Kenneth Liu tabled for discussion ways to raise funds for the new year. Drawing commercial advertisements on the Club's year book and project programs were discussed. Food sales in the Taiwan Festival, and ticket sales for concerts are possible avenues.

Visiting DG Syd Harmon from Brampton, Ontario shared his thoughts on "Poor Boys' Lunch". Now is for action.

IPP Wells Hsu and PE Quentin Li couldn't attend the meeting due to they flew to Taiwan on July 16 for our international service projects.
