Introduction of helping people with leprosy in Vietnam

Abstract: Dr. Yang presents the topic by using the projector and show us the pictures and video clips of his trip to Vietnam and Taipei. In the speech, Dr. Yang also gives a brief introduction of the projects he's working on, helping people with leprosy in Vietnam. He hopes that in the future the Rotary International will be able to work with the Health Aware Society he's in.
