Forming and managing a company

Mr. Wu was doing business in color precious stone trading. He was doing well until the china market increases his risk of doing business. He decided to change his business into semi-precious stone trading. In his business, he wholesale the gem to his customers who then resale it to the public. However, he does not control any market and the risk increases as competitors arise. When he was around 40, he decided to immigrate to Canada. He immigrates not because of his children's education but for his change in business. He decided that he would like to own the market instead of being a provider.
