District 5040 is now incorporated as Rotary International District 5040 Inc.

Rotary International District 5040 Inc. is now a legal entity with letter pattern from the Government of Canada.  In 2006 Rotary International allowed districts to incorporate for the first time.  In order for district youth programs to be certified by RI an incorporated entity was required.
